Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 2026

1. Service Requests & Appointments

By scheduling a service request with River Tech Appliance Repair online or over the phone, you agree to provide accurate contact information and ensure that an adult (18 years or older) is present at the property during the agreed-upon appointment window.

2. Diagnostics & Service Process

Our technicians perform a comprehensive, in-person diagnostic evaluation to identify the exact issue with your appliance.

  • Diagnostic Evaluation: Covers the technician's travel, full inspection, and fault identification.
  • Service & Repair: Covers professional labor and equipment required for performing the necessary repair work.
  • Upfront Approval: No work begins without your explicit quote approval prior to performing any repair.

3. Completed Repairs & Service Terms

River Tech Appliance provides professional diagnosis and repair services using quality replacement parts. All service details, completed work, and installed parts are itemized directly on your invoice upon completion of the repair.

Note: Service calls apply strictly to the specific issues and components serviced during the requested appointment. Unrelated component failures or pre-existing appliance conditions are evaluated separately.

4. Payment Terms & Cancellations

Payment is due upon completion of the service call or diagnostic inspection. We accept major credit cards, debit, cash, and Interac e-Transfers.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled window so our technicians can adjust their routes accordingly.
